About the Program

The Community Moves Workshop Series is an annual week-long event that is designed to engage individuals of all ages and skill levels in experiential art, dance and movement practices. These workshops emphasize community-building by offering a place for participants to enhance their physical awareness and creative expression while connecting with others in a variety of local spaces. Workshops can be focussed in any style of dance / movement and can take place any time during the Community Moves Festival held in Prince George, BC from May 17-23, 2026.
