Description:
In this high-energy session, we will awaken our senses and explore new movement pathways through the layering of various improvisational tasks with an emphasis on play and community. We will then transition into set work, where we will explore integrating play and spontaneity into structured choreography. Open to all ages. Some movement experience is recommended, but those new to dance are welcome!
